  • Our expert staff will begin by conducting a preliminary review of the hospital’s layout and current MCI plans on paper prior to their visit.
  •  Then upon arrival our staff will conduct a full physical inspection of the premises, familiarizing us with the layout to ensure the most effective, personalized response plan to a MCI.
  • A series of seminars will then be held on premises by our experts :
  • Review of the principles of the conventional MCI with the edge of the Israeli perspective.
  •  The response to conventional, non conventional toxicological terrorism exposures & biochemical warfare.
  • We will then hold a theoretical emergency response seminar with the relevant staff.
  • After receiving input from the Emergency Medical Director, as well as all other relevant staff members, our experts will develop the personalized program for the unique needs and physical structure of each facility. 
  • Once the program is prepared our experts will plan and run a full or tabletop drill for the hospital or facility.
  • Our staff will complete their visit by convening a session with the social workers and psychologists to help implement a debriefing system to deal with the psychological trauma of terror attacks on hospital personal as well as civilians.


Since 9/11, the rapid expansion of global terrorism against innocent civilians has posed a daunting challenge to the mass casualty response operations at hospitals and trauma centers worldwide. Many of these medical centers found themselves woefully unprepared to deal with the horrific fall-out of a terror attack.  Finding a solution to this challenge is vital, especially when multiplied by the recent natural disasters.
