We will bring our years of experience and expertise in dealing with terror related Mass Casualty Incidents to you. Together we will help upgrade your hospital’s ability to efficiently respond to any large-scale emergency.

• Our expert staff will begin by conducting a preliminary review of the hospital’s layout and current MCI plans on paper prior to their visit.
•  Then, upon arrival, our staff will conduct a full physical inspection of the premises, familiarizing ourselves with the layout to ensure the most effective, personalized response plan to an MCI.
• A series of seminars will then be held on premises by our experts :
• Review of the principles of the conventional MCI with the edge of the Israeli perspective.
•  The response to conventional, non conventional toxicological terrorism exposures and biochemical warfare.
• We will then hold a theoretical emergency response seminar with the relevant staff.
• After receiving input from the Emergency Medical Director, as well as all other relevant staff members, our experts will develop the personalized program for the unique needs and physical structure of each facility. 
• Once the program is prepared, our experts will plan and run a full or tabletop drill for the hospital or facility.

Our staff will complete the visit by convening a session with the social workers and psychologists to help implement a debriefing system to deal with the psychological trauma of terror attacks on hospital personnel as well as civilians.
